Cheesy Baked Olive Dip

A delicious and savory dip that combines the flavors of olives, cheese, and garlic, baked to perfection for a creamy and irresistible appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped olives

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C


Put chopped olives, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and black pepper in a bowl


Combine well


Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure it's spread out evenly


Place the dish in an oven that has already been heated up


Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and golden brown


Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it


Warm it up and serve it with vegetables, crackers, or breadsticks to dip them in

Quinoa Veggie Burger

These Quinoa Veggie Burgers taste great and are better for you than regular burgers. They're great for a meatless meal because they're full of protein and vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup grated carrots

  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup diced onion

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 whole wheat burger buns

  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for topping

Instructions:

Use a fork or potato masher to mash the black beans in a large bowl


Mix in the quinoa that has been cooked, the breadcrumbs, the grated carrots, the diced red bell pepper, the diced onion, the minced garlic, the salt, and the pepper


Mix everything together well


Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties


Set a pan or grill over medium-high heat and lightly grease it


The quinoa veggie burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are firm and browned


Grill or toast the whole wheat burger buns until they are just barely browned


To make the burgers, put lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun, then add a quinoa veggie patty and your favorite toppings

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz rum

  • 3 oz pineapple juice

  • 1 oz orange juice

  • 1 oz grenadine

  • Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish

Instructions:

Put ice cubes in a glass


Over the ice, pour the rum, pineapple juice, and orange juice


Fill the glass with grenadine


Slowly pour it over the back of a spoon to help it settle at the bottom


Put a cherry and a slice of pineapple on top


Serve and have fun!

Choco Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches

Indulge in the perfect blend of creamy vanilla ice cream studded with chocolate chips sandwiched between two decadent cocoa cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 cups all-purpose flour

  • cup cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • teaspoon salt

  • cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Add the chocolate chips to the vanilla ice cream after softening it a bit


To get firm, put it back in the freezer


Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet


Put flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together using a sieve


Mix the brown sugar and butter in a different bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy


Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well


Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until a dough forms


Split the dough in half, and then roll out each half between two pieces of parchment paper until it's about 1/4-inch thick


Use a cookie cutter to cut rounds out of the dough, then put them on the baking sheet that has been prepared


Put the cookies in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are set


Place them on a wire rack to cool all the way down


Put a scoop of chocolate chip ice cream between two cookies after the cookies have cooled


Put parchment paper around each sandwich and freeze them until you're ready to serve them

Cilantro Lime Grilled Chicken with Strawberry Salsa

A delicious mix of tangy cilantro lime chicken on the grill and cool strawberry salsa. This dish is great for summer BBQs because it is full of different flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 limes, juiced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • For Strawberry Salsa:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 jalapeo, seeds removed and minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix chopped cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade


Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them


Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes


Preheat the grill to medium-high heat


Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked and grill marks appear

Mix well

Dumpling Pelmeni Soup - Momsdish

  • 1 liter chicken or vegetable broth

  • 200g frozen pelmeni dumplings

Instant Pot Rosemary Dijon Pot Roast

A savory and flavorful pot roast cooked with rosemary and Dijon mustard in the Instant Pot. The result is a tender and delicious dish that's perfect for a hearty meal.

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 lbs chuck roast

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1/2 cup red wine

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

  • 4 carrots, peeled and chopped

  • 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered

  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions:

Add salt and black pepper to the chuck roast


Put the Instant Pot on "Saute" and heat the olive oil


Make sure all sides of the roast are browned


Take it out and set it aside


Use red wine to clean out the pot and scrape up any browned food on the bottom


Beef broth, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped garlic should all be added


Mix well


Put the roast back in the Instant Pot and add the onions, carrots, potatoes, and rosemary sprigs


Put the lid back on and set the timer for 60 minutes of high pressure cooking


Let the pressure drop naturally for 15 minutes, and then quickly let go of any remaining pressure


Get rid of the roast and the vegetables


Cut up the roast and serve it with sides


If you want, you can thicken the sauce with cornstarch

Matcha Mint Smoothie

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 ripe banana

Instructions:

Go ahead and put the honey or maple syrup, ripe banana, fresh spinach leaves, fresh mint leaves, and matcha powder into a blender

This usually takes one to two minutes


If you want to change the smoothie's sweetness or thickness, you can add more honey or almond milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

  • 1 can 10

  • 75 oz condensed cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup diced carrots

  • 1 cup diced celery

  • 1 cup diced onion

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 8 oz uncooked egg noodles

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

In a slow cooker, combine diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper


Stir well to combine


Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender


About 30 minutes before serving, stir in uncooked egg noodles


Cover and continue cooking until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally


Once noodles are cooked, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top


Cover and let cheese melt for a few minutes


Serve hot and enjoy!

Blackberry & Vanilla Yogurt Swirled Popsicles

The tartness of blackberries and the sweetness of vanilla yogurt come together in these delicious popsicles to make a great frozen treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups blackberries

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Blend blackberries, honey, and lemon juice together in a blender until the mixture is smooth


Greek yogurt and vanilla extract should be mixed well in a separate bowl


By switching between the two, add layers of the blackberry mixture and the yogurt mixture to popsicle molds


For a marbled look, gently swirl the layers together with a skewer or knife


Place a popsicle stick in each mold


Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's completely set


Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to get the popsicles out of the molds
